MTA program completion date: The date of an outcome determination ADM signed by the DA stating that the rapid prototyping program has transitioned to an existing acquisition program, transitioned to a new acquisition program, transitioned to a different acquisition pathway, has residual operational capability sustained in the field, transitioned to rapid fielding, or terminated.
The Signed Outcome Determination ADM formally ends the MTA program, and the following activities must also be completed:
