FAR Part 19
Set-asides reserve acquisitions, or portions of acquisitions, for exclusive participation by eligible small business concerns. Under RFO FAR Part 19, this includes total and partial small business set-asides, socioeconomic program set-asides, sole-source awards where authorized, and order-level set-asides under multiple-award contracts. Relevant RFO references include FAR 19.104 for small business set-asides, FAR 19.105–19.108 for socioeconomic programs, and FAR 19.111-2 for set-asides of orders under multiple-award contracts.
